If you are passionate about learning and teaching then we have an exciting opportunity for you to be at the heart of supporting curriculum and assessment design and development at the University of Bath.

As part of the Curriculum Development team in the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT), you will:

  • support and advise academic and administrative colleagues in the Faculties / School of Management in curriculum and assessment development activity, and in particular the University's Curriculum Transformation initiative;
  • create and share good practice guidance on curriculum development, including through the organisation and facilitation of relevant staff workshops and events;
  • work collaboratively with our other Centre teams, as well as stakeholders across the University, to promote innovation in key areas of learning and teaching.
  • We are looking for someone with experience of supporting curriculum and assessment development, able to apply their knowledge of learning and teaching issues to the Higher Education context. You will need to be motivated to work collaboratively to support staff in delivering an educational environment which supports the needs of all learners.

    The Centre for Learning and Teaching is a widely respected and high-performing professional service. The team works with all subject departments, as well as other support services, to deliver world-class advice in learning and teaching. The Curriculum Development team, which forms part of the Centre, are engaged in key institutional activities and have a reputation for the high- quality, informed, and practical approaches to enhancing practice they provide to stakeholders. All of the Centre's teams work closely on a wide range of activities and events.
