About the Role:
We're looking for a CRM & Data Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team based in our Chelmsford Campus for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to develop knowledge and insights in data and customer retention management.
The CRM & Data Manager will manage the CRM team and the day-to-day responsibility including to set up marketing automations and campaigns, analyse these, create reports and adjust the CRM strategy and advise relevant teams with recommendations for changes where required. Furthermore, you'll train new CRM users and support other teams with your data expertise and work closely with the development/IT team to drive forward the CRM.
With a Degree or a relevant professional/degree level qualification (chartered where appropriate) plus demonstrable professional experience, you will have an understanding of marketing and CRM principles and importance for both the business and customer as well as proven experience creating and delivering marketing programmes that increase conversion and improve customer engagement.
