This post provides an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive and solution focussed and who has excellent organisational, prioritisation and administrative skills and the ability to use sound judgement. The ideal candidate will have experience of complex administration roles including working with professional standards and regulatory bodies. They will also have experience of managing a complex workload with multiple deadlines.
Working within the Three Counties School of Nursing and Midwifery, the post holder will work collaboratively with other members of the professional support team and offer a comprehensive professional administrative service to students and colleagues, with a focus on the Nursing Apprenticeship programmes.
They will act as first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external contacts and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency and tracking of a wide range of course related documentation.
Excellent communication skills are essential since the post holder will need to liaise effectively to ensure that key internal and external relationships are maintained and developed by communicating information in an accurate and professional manner.
