    An exciting opportunity on our Bachelor of Counselling programme has opened up. Our School of Health & Counselling is seeking a highly motivated experienced counsellor (member of NZAC accredited or similar professional body) preferably with teaching and education experience in the tertiary sector and a Master's degree, to join our team.

    You will bring strong organizational and time management skills, be a self- starter with a good sense of humour and have patience and flexibility. You will also have the ability to lead and work as part of a team, and be adept at using your initiative. You will be research active in this role. You will need outstanding communication skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. A good understanding and knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi would be beneficial.

    This is a permanent, part-time role for 20.4 hours per week/0.6 FTE based at our Manukau campus. If you have a passion for teaching, facilitating learning and actively participating in research, we want to hear from you - APPLY NOW!
