Position Summary
The Coordinator of Records & Exams will provide general support for all registrar led activities including administrative registration, grade submission, academic record keeping, processing of degree certification and verifications, and general communication of registrar-related deadlines and policies. In addition, this position has primary responsibility for coordinating and administering mid-and-end of semester exam processes. This position will consistently utilize and serve as functional lead for data quality control ensuring registration policies are communicated and adhered to. The Coordinator of Records & Exams will oversee a document management initiative and uphold compliance with and knowledge of FERPA and other state and federal regulations and University policies. The position requires knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, Law School programs and a basic understanding of the academic and administrative operations of higher education and FERPA.

Conditions of Employment
This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.
