Monday – Friday, nights and weekends based on game schedules
Pay Rate $40,000 annually based on hourly pay Minimum Experience/Education
College degree is required, preferably in a related field.
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
• Previous Photoshop/Creative Media experience • Previous experience with social media management • Must be self-motivated and team-oriented • Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills • Computer experience, especially with desktop publishing (i.e. Photoshop) • The duties and responsibilities of this position must be performed in a competent
manner following the highest standards for leadership, professionalism, integrity,
accountability, responsibility, cooperation, and customer service
• Understanding of NCAA rules & regulations
Duties and Responsibilities
● Oversees Social Media & Recruiting Marketing efforts for Football ● Oversees creative Video Production for Recruiting including Weekly Pump-up Videos, ● Assists with content creation and strategy for Charlotte Football Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Tik Tok)
● Assists Video Coordinator as back-up Video Role ● Oversee the Football Creative student internship program ●Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing
Knowledge and Skills Considered Essential for Success: ● Previous creative experience ● Previous experience with social media management ● Must be self-motivated and team-oriented ● Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills ● Computer experience, especially with desktop publishing (i.e. Photoshop)
