Advanced knowledge of graphic and web design software is advantageous. Functional knowledge of Slate CRM or similar customer relationship management systems is very advantageous.
Experience in relevant field including but not limited to: student personnel/higher education administration, public relations/communications or other educational environments.
Candidates that exhibit cultural competency, exceptional organization and writing skills, strong supervisory skills, and exemplary public speaking skills.
Master's degree (earned or in progress)
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm May work extended hours or alternative schedule as needed during peak season or special projects. Some professional development travel may be required.

Coordinate Communications Responsible for designing and scheduling all marketing and communications related to undergraduate recruitment. Ensure accuracy of delivery according to population, message, and brand consistency across all Undergraduate Admissions marketing and communication mediums.

CRM Manager Manage technical and creative functions of the Slate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, including but not limited to, implementing the approved communication plan, reporting analytics, and training end-users. Assist in planning, testing, and implementation of system upgrades; assists with scheduling system's activities, production calendars, and uploads and downloads. Responsible for training staff on the uses and updates of the CRM, as well as the production of training materials and regular updates to policies and procedural manuals.

Supervisor Manage the Admissions Communications Unit consisting of a team of student workers. Develop policies and procedures for department; interview, hire, and train student assistants to perform postal mail assembly, telecounseling, and exhibit exceptional customer service skills. Design strategies for the telecounseling and communication flow; determine target market, timing, and messages for telecounseling and communications. This position may also require the supervision of a graduate assistant.
