Position Title Coordinator, Instructional Program Support & Development

FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Instructional Services Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 13.73 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thu 7:30-5:30; Fri 7:30-11:30 Summary of Position

Responsible for ensuring all current and newly developed institutional awards and programs meet established state and federal guidelines. Assist faculty/staff/administrators with program development processes and new/revised program proposals. Coordinates and tracks vital academic related processes including state licensure, articulation agreements, and the digital catalog management system.

Minimum Required Education

Associates degree required from a US regionally accredited institution. Copy of college transcripts required with application for evaluation purposes.

Minimum Required Experience

Two years of experience in higher education, data collection and reporting, information management, and electronic research and database/portal management required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of/experience with higher education student information systems (Banner, Colleague, etc.)
  • Ability to research, analyze and report trends, data, and information relevant to assigned duties
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet software- preferably Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to integrate technology into the daily functions of the office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines
