Job Summary
This position encompasses two main functions – assisting the departmental events manager and providing professional administrative assistance and coordination to all aspects of the Music Department, with a focus on ensembles and summer camps. This position will require frequent evening and weekend work hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Events Manager in the smooth operation of Irons Recital Hall and other event spaces associated with the department, including but not limited to:
Serve as the “on call” manager on a rotating basis with the Events Manager.
