Basic Function
The Coordinator for Student Involvement within the Alford Community Leadership and Involvement Center is responsible for overseeing campus-wide programming through the advising of the University Programming Council (UPC) and coordinating the planning, logistics, and execution of off-campus experiences and events for Denison students. Together with the CLIC Associate Director and Director, this role will collaboratively build and foster meaningful, vibrant student involvement opportunities.

Required:
Bachelor's degree. Must have a current, valid driver's license and must be insurable under Denison's liability insurance.

Master's Degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education or related field strongly preferred. Preference given to those with program management experience. Willingness to be certified for Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) and for ServSafe.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Event set-up, tear down, general trouble-shooting and hosting duties.
At times, this position is required to lift no more than 20 pounds on an occasional basis and up to 10 pounds frequently.
At times, this position requires standing, walking for 2 or more hours at a time. This position will navigate campus spaces in the course of their duties.

Additional Information
This position is eligible for relocation reimbursement. Given the frequent evening hours and weekend expectations, this Coordinator will live on campus and is expected to utilize their on-campus apartment as their primary residence during the time of employment.
