Salary Information $39,270 Department Summary
The Department of Housing and Residence Life at the University of North Texas is a growing organization which serves nearly 6,300 students in 15 residence halls. Our department is organized into the following areas: housing operations, residence life, and financial administration. UNT Housing contributes to the mission of the university by promoting safe and inclusive living environments, fostering student connections and campus engagement, and providing diverse learning opportunities.
This position is responsible for the implementation and management of student programs and student related activities/events, trainings, development, and program assessment to meet departmental objectives. This position will also serve as the primary program development liaison and will coordinate recruitment, trainings and advise students to ensure program effectiveness.
Additional Posting Details
Bachelor's Degree in related field and one year of professional related experience in coordinating or administering higher education programming or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred Qualifications Required License / Registration / Certification Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with occassional evenings and weekends.

Recruit, hire, train and supervise Facility Assistants
Schedule / plan assigned projects such as painting, furniture installation and moving, blinds, residential cable assistance, and minor maintenance.
Assist as needed with annual turns, apartment readiness, and other Housing and Residence Life facility preparations.
Assist with departmental asset management and records management by performing work order audits and assisting with annual inventory audit.
