Geneva College is a Christ-centered academic community that provides a comprehensive education to equip students for faithful and fruitful service to God and their neighbor. Located in the diverse community of Beaver Falls, PA.

The Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator will work with the Student Development team to lead a cohesive and strategic vision for diversity that contributes to the overall student success on Geneva's campus. This position will lead collaborative vision formation and implementation, facilitate spaces of connection and belonging for people of color, provide educational programming focused on diversity, and contribute to the overall work of the Center for Student Engagement.

CCO partnership positions use a shared funding model. Partnership institutions contribute a portion towards salary and total employment costs and CCO staff people are responsible to raise support for the remainder. This amount varies based on partnership and salary needs.

Position Qualifications:

Education ● Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in relevant field Experience ● Experience: 3-5 years in the field of Student Development or related field.

Preferred: ○ Education/Certification: Masters or Graduate level degree (or willingness to pursue & complete) in related field. ○ Experience: Five or more years in the field of Student Development. Knowledge of student development theory & function. More than five years of ministry experience. Prior supervision experience. ○ Skill/Abilities: Maintain effective working relationships with other people. Knowledge of student development theory & function. More than five years of ministry experience. Prior supervision experience.

CCO Campus Ministry Staff are employees of the Coalition for Christian Outreach (CCO), not the schools, universities, and/or church partners they serve with.

This position will partner with the Center for Student Engagement at Geneva College.

CCO staff call college students to serve Jesus Christ with their entire lives. We do this by:

1. Sharing the Gospel with students and developing passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.

2. Serving together with the church and inviting students into the lives of local congregations.

3. Giving students a vision for serving Jesus Christ in their studies, jobs, communities and families.
