Coordinator, Enrollment Marketing


The Enrollment Marketing Coordinator is responsible for producing a wide variety of printed and digital materials for the Division of Strategic Enrollment Management, which include brochures, banners, ads, and other publications, and assists with digital graphic design services. The Coordinator uses the University's brand standards, creativity, skill, and talent to take projects from concept to delivery, participates in client meetings, develops concepts and designs, assists in directing photo shoots and illustrations, presents design layouts to departmental staff, and prepares files for final delivery.


  • Develops and designs various printed and digital materials, including brochures, banners, ads, and other publications, in alignment with the University's brand standards and the Division of Strategic Enrollment Management's goals.
  • Participates in client meetings to gather project requirements, expectations, and objectives, ensuring that all designs meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Collaborates with departmental staff and other stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and refine creative assets that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.
  • Presents design layouts and concepts to departmental staff for review and approval, incorporating feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Assists in directing photo shoots and illustrations, ensuring that visual elements are cohesive, on-brand, and effectively supporting the overall design.
  • Prepares files for final delivery, ensuring that all materials are appropriately formatted, optimized, and adhere to the necessary specifications.
  • Stays current on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, marketing, and communications, as well as emerging technologies and platforms, to ensure the Division of Strategic Enrollment Management remains innovative and competitive.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of the University's brand standards, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing materials.
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail, and performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications


    1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.

    2. Minimum two years of design experience in the creation and manipulation of digital graphic art

    3. Experience using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator or comparable software.

    4. Working knowledge of print design and production principles as well as digital media principles and graphic design concepts and skills.

    5. Ability to effectively use Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and skills in typography and web design using content management systems.

    6. Ability to effectively collaborate with clients and support team members.

    7. Ability to work simultaneously according to assigned deadlines and on multiple projects.

    8. Ability to create graphics and images that meet business goals while supporting student enrollment and retention.


    Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

    Three years of experience in a higher education or similar agency as well as Web-based graphic design experience.
