Job Title Cook 3 - Legends (Full Time) Job Description
The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of Cook 3 within Legends. The UEE division leads the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.
Why this position? The Cook 3 position is a senior culinary position, directly supporting the chef, and assisting in the supervision, and training of team members. The Cook 3 supports daily operations as part of the culinary production team. He/she is responsible for completing assignments related to cooking including but not limited to: grilling, stir fry, carving, deep fry, baking, and display cooking through standards of service and hospitality. The Cook 3 may at times be responsible for opening or closing the venue, and representing the Chef when necessary. UEE Commitments to a Diverse and Inclusive Culture

This position is with University Enterprises and Events at the University of Notre Dame and is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus (1/2 paid after 90 and 180 days of continuous employment). Candidates are only eligible if they are a new employee to the University – current Notre Dame employees who transfer are not eligible. Other rules and conditions apply.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, relevant skills and experience applicable 2-4 years professional kitchen experience required. Ability to complete University Culinary assessment and UEE Global Service Standards training
