This new full time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

Hybrid approach to work with a combination of office and home-based working. Core operating hours Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm, however there is some flexibility to enable 9-day fortnight.

Summary of the role

Based within the Universities Contracts and Residence Experience Team, who manage residential accommodation for circa 6500 students, this post represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop and enhance their knowledge of the processes surrounding Student Conduct Casework and Contract Management.

You will provide administrative support to the team in relation to Student Conduct Casework, as well as providing additional resource support to the existing Contracts & Residence Experience Team. Student Conduct Case work requires co-ordinating and recording of sensitive meetings as well as managing and maintaining accurate records and data. Working closely with the Contracts and Residence Experience Team Leader (Student Conduct), you will experience working flexibly as part of a team as well as independently to deliver and outstanding customer service experience.

The Successful applicant for this post will have experience of working with large volumes of written and oral information with the ability to take precise and detailed meeting notes. By adopting existing processes and using excellent planning and organisation skills to ensure that every interaction has a positive impact on our students, even when working in a faced paced environment with a diverse workload.
