Our Risk, Compliance and Audit team is in search of a talented individual to champion our conduct and integrity framework, which includes policies, procedures, and systems encompassing codes of conduct, professional standards, complaints, disclosures of interest, and fraud and corruption risks.

Your new role As the manager of the University's conduct and integrity framework, you will apply your data analytics experience to enhance our approach to fraud and corruption detection and be responsible for ensuring that all complaints are dealt with in a timely, effective, and fair manner. You will provide expert advice, seek to enhance conduct and integrity management awareness, and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect at all levels across the University.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Postgraduate qualifications or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training related to fraud, corruption and misconduct detection and prevention, including analytics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary frameworks for conduct and integrity risk management including complaints management.
  • Experience in implementing and/or administering a Complaints Management system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice, simplify and articulate complex technical knowledge to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships effortlessly to support staff in a complex and evolving environment.
