Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Communications and Outreach Coordinator, Workforce Education to join our team of exceptional employees. The Communications and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the design and production of traditional and digital communication assets and campaigns, website and web content development, and digital graphics. This position reports through the Division of Workforce Education in Academic Affairs and requires specialized skills and expertise in graphic design to develop, create, and design utilizing photography, illustration and graphic elements for a wide variety of publications and multi-media productions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
  • Two (2) years of full-time work experience in a field related to marketing and/or graphic design. Appropriate combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • Experience with social medial platforms, video creation and editing, photo creation and editing.
  • Demonstrated experience using graphic design software including, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to travel independently within the College's five-county service district.
  • Skilled in creativity, manual layout, computer graphics techniques, production, and design.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with all a variety of stakeholders.
