Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week), 5 days over 7.

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Commis Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our kitchen team at The Link Hotel.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for cooking who has some previous experience of working in a busy kitchen. You will be overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, preparing meals for lunch and dinner service and at functions. Using your food hygiene knowledge, you will be responsible for maintaining food safety practices, ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy and all food is prepared to our high standards.
You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and guests. You must be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
