    Position Information

    Position Title College Enrollment Coordinator - 3 positions available

    Banner Position Number 002647 E-Class NC - Nonclassified - .53 or > Department Recruitment - MU2026 Job Description

    In conjunction with MU Enrollment Management efforts and plans, coordinate academic college-specific recruiting and retention efforts for multiple Academic Colleges, as assigned; including, but not limited to: college specific aspects of new student recruitment, current student engagement, non- returning student engagement, non-completer student engagement.

    In coordination with MU Enrollment Management and Academic Affairs efforts and plans, coordinate academic college-specific student success efforts, as assigned, but not limited to: curricular and co-curricular student engagement efforts.

    Engage in constant and ongoing evaluation of college enrollment efforts and outcomes.

    Participate in on campus and other in-person university recruitment or retention events as assigned.

    Valid driver's license required and the ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds. Evening and weekend work may be required occasionally. Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications


    Bachelor's degree required.


    Preferred experience with software systems comparable to those used at Marshall University to recruit and retain students, such as Banner SIS or commonly used CRMs.
