Teach undergraduate courses in lower division biology and microbiology courses
in area of their expertise.
Advise undergraduate students with respect to their degree plans and academic
progress and career pathways.
Perform related duties as required (e.g., serve on relevant departmental

Knowledge of: 1)Teaching in areas of expertise (microbiology or cell and
organismal biology) and topics related to the expansion of equity, inclusion
and diversity as related to undergraduate STEM education.
Effective teaching to undergraduate – students, advising, and experience in

and maintain effective working relationships; maintain accurate and orderly
