Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Position Summary: The Clinical Mental Health Counselor will provide individual, relationship, and group counseling, assessment, and crisis intervention services to students primarily at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology campus. Additionally, they will consult and support fellow Clinical Mental Health Counselors and the counseling services departments across the MINDful College Connections (MCC) consortium (DePauw University, Rose- Hulman Institute of Technology, and Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College) to espouse best practices and strategies in the delivery of professional counseling services to a diverse student body.

Requirements
Education: Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from a CACREP-accredited program or related field required.
Experience:
Communication/Language: Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Computer Skills: Knowledge and familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic medical records.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations: Independently licensed/certified in the State of Indiana, or independent license eligible, as determined by state regulations.
