Position responsibilities will be 90% clinical practice, which includes
clinical teaching, and 10% service/scholarship. The physical therapist will
perform evaluation and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal disorders in
a productive and efficient manner in outpatient settings. Secondary
responsibilities include clinical teaching and service in the orthopedic
residency and doctor of physical therapy degree programs.
Applicants must have a doctor of physical therapy degree and be licensed or
eligible for PT licensure in North Carolina.
Completion of an orthopedic residency program OR minimum of 2 years clinical
experience is required.
Qualifications and Experience
Current ABPTS certification or plans to complete in near future are preferred.
Experience in teaching and knowledge/skill in manual therapy are preferred.
