We are looking for an experienced nurses to join our Cardiovascular & Thoracic operational team to undertake the responsibility for the management of the emergency and elective admission processes across the Care Group. By using your clinical experience and professional judgement you will be responsible for the safe and appropriate placement of patients together with the achievement of related Trust targets.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WHAT YOU'LL DOYou should be a registered nurse with excellent communication and organisational skills but also possess a wide range of clinical skills to support the delivery of clinical care when necessary. Please note this post will involve shift work with rotation onto days and night duty as part of a duty rota.
