General Information
The Office of the Registrar is accepting applications for a Client Services Assistant. The Client Services Assistant performs duties to support operations of the Office of the Registrar.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will serve as a vital team member for the Office of the Registrar by working with the Client Services Team to assist students with class enrollment, major/minor changes, enrollment/degree verification's, as well as transcript orders.
Each member of the Client Services Team has normal day to day responsibilities, but is cross-trained in all deliverables to ensure stellar customer service. The Client Services Assistant will be the subject expertise for enrollment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to manual enrollment processes, troubleshooting complex enrollment issues as well as student record maintenance and clean-up.
