Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 517431) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year's work experience, preferably in an education setting; an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; experience with Excel and logical thinking skills; the ability to work independently with initiative; good organisational and communication skills.
The appointee will be responsible for the planning, implementation, administration and coordination of student programmes and events. He/She will provide customer support and handle enquiries, and provide financial support and perform any other duties as assigned by the Director. He/she may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
