Job Title Chemistry Lecturer / Instrumentalist

The University of Texas Permian Basin is accepting applications for a full-
time twelve-month non-tenure-track chemistry lecturer/instrumentalist. Rank is
at the lecturer or senior lecturer level depending on qualifications. The
candidate should have an M.S. or Ph.D. in chemistry or a closely related field
and the ability to teach in the chemistry curriculum (minimum of 18 hours
CHEM graduate work). The candidate must have experience with modern chemical
instrumentation and computer skills to function as the primary instrument
staffer for the science departments and centers in the College of Arts and
Sciences. Preference will be given for experience in teaching,
instrumentation, repair, and maintenance of instruments, electronics, and
