Working at CQUniversityCQUniversity Student Residences (Capricornia College) endeavours to provide a safe living and learning residential community for students and guests at Rockhampton North Campus. The dedicated Student Residences team which consists of professional staff in admin and operations, catering, and residential life, provide assistance and support throughout each student's stay for a happy and healthy home away from home. As a part of the Student Residences catering team, you will produce high-quality meals and catering services in an environment that supports the students educational and personal growth whilst living on campus.
As a Chef, you will abide by National HACCP Standards, working within a high- volume, fast-paced commercial kitchen, producing meals for residents and guests staying within the college and catering for internal and external events for our 200 Degrees Catering business. You will be responsible for working within a skilled team, producing quality food products in a timely manner. In this role you will deliver outstanding customer service using excellent communication and time management skills.
