Category Buyer indirect material
Seasoned procurement professional for non-it services and other indirect
purchases.
What you will do
As category buyer you will join the purchasing team and be responsible for the
preparation, execution and follow up of indirect purchases i.e. non it
services amongst which transport and logistics, MRO, HR and travel.
More specifically, you will:
Review the needs of your internal customers in an assertive way and get a
clear view on the specifics of the sourcing need;
Initiate RFS's and follow them through;
Compare different offers and proposals together with your internal
customers, taking into account cost, quality, sustainability and
deliverability, always in line with the category plans and your internal
customers' needs;
Negotiate with supplier and partners to get the best possible conditions
and bring win-win solutions;
Translate the terms into strong formal contracts, together with Legal,
privacy, IT security and export control;
Introduce changes and optimizations in the organization and the
procurement processes;
Be the Single Point of Contact for your internal customers for all matters
supplier related.

Who you are

experience who has procurement experience..
