Role Description

We are looking for genuine people, who will bring a positive can-do attitude
to work every day. A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service is
essential, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Ensure that the kitchen and associated areas are maintained in a clean,
tidy and hygienic condition, including floors within and leading into the
kitchen
Ensure all service wear and cooking items are thoroughly washed, cleaned
and dried and returned to designated storage areas
Ensure all chemicals and cleaning products are used as directed by the
manufacturer and in accordance to the training given
Maintain records for all cleaning duties undertaken during shift
Use and maintain equipment in the department as trained and to report
immediately any faults to the Duty Chef
Ensure all Personal Protective Equipment is used as specified by COSHH
guidelines
Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the
management team
Comply with company procedures and legal requirements including Health,
Safety and Hygiene standards
Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with departmental working
instructions
Uniform and meals on duty are provided
In-house training provided
You must be eligible to work in the UK
