Role Description
Duties & Responsibilities include:
Ensure that all guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming
manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service
Provide bar & table service as required to the correct standard
Prepare all bar areas for service, replenish all stock, condiments and
cutlery for food order and ensure all seating areas are set up to the
correct standard
Ensure that all bar operational areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and
hygienic condition, including floors, tables and stock storage areas
Ensure careful control of stock and takings
Opportunity to gain knowledge & experience working in restaurant service
operations
Follow all Food Handling and Hygiene guideline regulations at all times
Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the
management team
Working hours are between 11:00 and approximately 23:00, Monday to Sunday. The
number of shifts will vary per week. Shifts are available on an as and when
required basis in line with business needs
