Perform routine to moderately complex administrative functions and faculty action processing in support of CAS College Administrative Services, Departments and/or Programs to include faculty workload, enrollment management, schedule of courses, reappointment/ promotion/ tenure (RPT), departmental guidelines, Chairs/Director/Professorship appointments and searches, event planning, faculty and student assistance, and other related office administrative support to multiple College departments and programs.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Associate degree in related area and three years of experience to include coursework in accounting or business required. Working knowledge of software applications used to support area of operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Word required. Effective analytical, communication and interpersonal skills required. Attention to detail and accuracy required. Experience with PeopleSoft desirable.
