We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise Administrator to join the Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise division, working within the Work Experience Team to administer and processes tasks required to support all stakeholders through our work experience opportunities.

Your focus will be to ensure all administrative tasks that allow students to successfully complete meaningful work experience are completed to a high standard and in a timely way. You will work across all programmes including UoS Internships, Year in Employment Placements and Student Innovation Projects & Challenges. You will be a point of contact for students undertaking work experience, involved in their journey from application through to completion.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within teams are essential. As this post involves important record keeping alongside financial and administrative processes, strong attention to detail and organisational skills are paramount. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel are essential.
