Were Looking For: Someone with tenacity, passion, discipline, and grit

to join our growing online division in Mesa, AZ as a Career Services Specialist for our Online students/graduates! This in-person position will be located at our Service Center or at one of our UEI Campuses in Phoenix/Mesa area.

To Do What : In this position, you will be responsible for administering the Online Divisions job placement program by ensuring successful student placement assistance for Online students

Some of the great work you'll do includes:

  • Establishing relationships with employers to hire IEC online graduates.
  • Prepares online students for future employment through relationship building, resume development and interview preparation
  • Delivers and coordinates career development workshops and other student professional development functions and events in an online or virtual format.
  • Coordinate online employer visits, online recruiting events & virtual job fairs
  • Your background and skill set includes:

  • Experience in career services for online training programs; Assist graduates from our Online Division with job placement
  • Familiarity using online job searches, social media platforms and virtual platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service, organization, time management & computer skills
  • Preferred experience working in a call center environment
