An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our friendly and supportive staff as our Epsom Campus Manager.

Essentially, this role is all about customer service. As our Campus Manager, you will be responsible for liaising between academic staff and professional services teams to ensure the campus is welcoming, inviting, and functional for students, staff colleagues and visitors

You will work closely with key stakeholders including the Head of Campus, other Estates and Facilities colleagues, Marketing and Communications, the Accommodation Team, Information and Digital Services, Technical Services and the Students' Union, supporting the timely and efficient delivery of soft services including site cleanliness, repairs and tidiness, health and safety. You will also play a leading role on community building events and supporting the delivery of other events, through encouraging and supporting networking and leading networking and interest groups.

This role needs someone who is skilled at fostering great relationships with a wide range of ‘customers', someone who is truly driven by great service and customer satisfaction and someone who is creative in their outlook and delivery of community building events and collaborations.

You will need to be comfortable managing a small budget, initiating, and leading new activities and groups as well as paying great attention to detail and quality.
