Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Campus Director, to lead our Collier Campus in Naples, Florida. Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs, the Campus/Center Director is a professional, essential leader who plans, organizes, and directs the day-to- day operations of assigned FSW Campus or Center, as well as strategically implements the goals and plans of the College and Division of Student Affairs priorities. This position is an integral part of the College who advances higher education offerings of the College through strategic community relationships, supports and implements the strategic directions of the College and those of the Division of Student Affairs. The Campus/Center Director ensures administrative excellence in operations which promote recruitment and retention of students existing and new services for traditional, dually enrolled, and adult learners.
