    An exciting opportunity has become available at CQUniversity's Adelaide Campus for a Campus Administration Officer to join our team in a job share arrangement and support the day-to-day operations of the Campus.

    In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the campus and provide exceptional administrative and client support. You will also work closely with CQUniversity's Research Office, providing administrative support for the development programs and the reporting teams.

    We are seeking an experienced, team focused administrator who strongly embodies the University's values and believes in its mission to proudly deliver exceptional service to our campus staff, students, and stakeholders.     Position Requirements
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
  • Proven ability to organise work, meet deadlines and resolve problems with minimal supervision and coordinate projects where required.
  • Using excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and negotiation skills that demonstrate a strong focus on the provision of quality customer service and resolving issues at a grassroots level.
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
  • You will be expected to hold vaccinations in relation to the COVID-19 immunisation should your CQUniversity role require you to attend any setting / venue / event where there is a specific entry requirement for you to hold these vaccinations, as per relevant State Government directives.
