Job Summary

Assists businesses with understanding federal, state, and local government contracting. Some of those issues are as follows: Navagitation of databases and publicaitons such the System for Award Management, The Dynamic Small Business Search, FedBizzOpps, Sub-Net, Federal and State Certifications, and the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Providing reviews of Technical Proposals and Teaching webinars on specific government contracting topics such as Introduction of Government Contracting and Proposal Preparation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • One-On-One Counseling of contractors and provide comments to contractors in writing.
  • Review of Technical Proposals (Federal, State, & Local).
  • Provide comments to contractors in writing.
  • Conducts Webinars on government contracting.
  • Conduct market research studies.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management with/or minimum of five (5) years experience working in federal, state, and local governments.
  • Working skills in management and time management.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of data mining techniques, quantitative analysis and report writing.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision from home and have disciplined organizational skills.
