    The Opportunity

    As a Business Analyst within the Digital Transformation team, you will work within a collaborative and dynamic team in investigating operational requirements and problems, analysing processes and seeking effective solutions through improvements in processes and/or systems amongst whilst working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders. Further duties will include:

  • Use approved approaches, work practices and the adoption of recommended models to strengthen the business analysis capability within the portfolio
  • Work within a team of other Business Analysts to provide a range of business analysis services that support the delivery of a range of IT projects
  • Support project teams in the selection/ adaptation of requirements related to projects including defining and managing scope and reviewing requirements for errors/ omissions
  • Apply standard methods to support user research initiatives, facilitating effective user engagement, collecting/analysing data, and documenting/sharing outcomes with decisionmakers

    To be successfully considered for this role, you will have experience as a Business Analyst within a large and complex environment. You will demonstrate an understanding of IT infrastructure and have the ability to adapt your engagement to suit varying stakeholders. You will enjoy diversity in your role where you may be working on multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate the ability to provide sound advice to customers.
