Your Responsibilities

What you'll do

Working closely with the Biomedical Research Centre Director, Theme Leads and Management Board, the Senior Programme manager will be responsible for operational delivery of research programmes and related infrastructure and input intellectually in strategic developments.

Whilst not essential, understanding and experience of the specialist area of Research will be advantageous.

What we're looking for

The BRC is now seeking an individual of outstanding ability with strategic vision for the position of Biomedical Research Centre Senior Programme Manager to manage the 2022 – 2027 award. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills and evidence of delivering large programmes of work regionally, nationally, or internationally, within budget and on time.

  • First degree or equivalent
  • Evidence of post-qualification study/professional development to masters level (post grad certificate/MBA/MSc) or equivalent general management experience.
