Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the Distributed Ledger Technology Research field or a strong background in relevant industry practices

Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, distributed ledger technologies, smart contracts and consensus mechanisms

Programming skills in one or more of the following: Javascript, Python, GO, Solidity, Rust

Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect scalable and secure blockchain solutions

Proficiency in reading and utilizing open-source solutions.

Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written

Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with technical and non-technical staff

Team player with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
