  • Creating pipelines for semi-automatic bioinformatic data analysis of next- generation sequencing data, especially for genomic, transcriptomic and epigenomic applications.
  • Providing bioinformatic services to client within and outside of Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology
  • Creating reports and summaries of running projects both for clients and for internal use

    Offer Requirements Skills/Qualifications

    Requirements:

  • Experience in programming languages: bash + R and/or python
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Machine learning would be an asset
  • Computational biology/bioinformatics background would be an asset
