As well as contributing to the teaching and research activity within the subject group, the post holder will have a key role in leading Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) work within the Faculty of Business and Law. With regard to teaching, we are committed to an active, collaborative learning pedagogy, and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching via face to face, blended, and distance learning approaches. The post-holder would contribute to teaching and supervision on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses in Business and Human Resource Management, in line with their subject expertise. We also have a growing PhD and professional doctorate programme, and the post-holder would contribute to student recruitment, teaching, and supervision as part of the development of this portfolio.

With a PhD or Professional Doctorate in a relevant discipline, and experience of EDI within the workplace, you will have excellent written and oral communication and be able to contribute to the collective life of the Faculty. With successful and significant teaching experience at HE level in a relevant subject area, you'll have a flexible and enthusiastic approach.
