We are looking to appoint an Associate Lecturer/s in Sport Business Management, Sport Development and Coaching, and Cricket Management within the School of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Worcester. You will join a friendly and supportive team, teaching modules on the Masters/Undergraduate Sports Business management (including Cricket management) course as well as Sport Development and Coaching. In the School of Sport and Exercise Science our vision is to use sport as an engine for opportunity - supporting positive social transformation. We offer a range of courses from Foundation Degrees to PhD, with our most popular courses being BSc Sport and Exercise Science, BSc Sports Therapy, MSc Sports Coaching and MSc Performance Analysis.
Our commitment to work that delivers real social benefit is facilitated through high quality teaching, world leading research, and ground-breaking facilities. For example, the University of Worcester Arena is the first sports facility in the UK to be designed with the needs of the wheelchair athlete in mind. The Arena also hosts a wide range of international sports events and conferences. The commitment to the new University of Worcester International Inclusive Cricket Centre will further develop our provision for outstanding inclusive sport and educational facilities. We have also developed a range of productive sporting and academic partnerships, both at home and overseas; collaborations that have helped cement Worcester's place on the world stage.
