The USC Thomas Lord Department of Computer Science (CS) seeks to recruit two Associate Directors of Student Services (Student Services Advisors III) to join its to join its outstanding team. The Department of Computer Science has a significant and dynamic student population that is home to more than 5,000 students. Interested candidates should be prepared to support a high volume of motivated students with care and enthusiasm.
The Associate Directors will oversee all services for Bachelor's and Master's students, and support other populations and programs as assigned. Each Associate Director will specialist in and oversee a team of subordinate Student Service Advisors in their respective area. These positions report directly to the Senior Director of Student Affairs at CS, and work closely with all members of the CS advisement team, as well as with the Department Chair and the Viterbi Admissions and Student Engagement office (VASE).
Ideal candidates for these positions are agile, adaptable student affairs professionals dedicated to building a culture of service and support for a diverse and highly accomplished student body. Viterbi advisors are expected to demonstrate impeccable ethics and collegiality, and to promote an environment that fosters inclusive relationships and upholds principles of the USC Code of Ethics.

Additional Information:
These are hybrid positions at USC's University Park Campus located in Los Angeles, California. Each Student Services Advisor III will be expected to work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week, and to maintain a fully onsite presence as needed during periods of high volume on campus activity (for example, at the beginning of each semester and during Commencement week). These positions are not eligible for fully remote work.
The annual base salary range for these positions is $83,138.16 - $94,465.38.
