Days & Hours: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Standard work schedule is 9:00 am to 5:30 PM, may be adjusted. Flexible schedule may require evening and weekend hours during peak periods.

BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB:
The Associate Director of Student Life provides overall student leadership, program development, and day-to-day student support for the Office of Student Life. This person also works closely with student organizations and advisors. This position requires excellent planning, organization, program development, and leadership abilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
In conjunction with the Director of Student Life, oversee office hosted events both in-person and online including the development, coordination, and implementation, including but not limited to the Student Success Orientations and Welcome Weeks, and events related to social, cultural, community service, museums, outdoors, and sporting events.
Assist the Director of Student Life to coordinate Campus Weeks including communications marketing and awareness of events. Develop and implement student programs hosted by the Office of Student Life.
Provide referrals and/or resources for personal assistance support for students including homelessness, food pantries, and general student welfare.
Create, communicate, implement, and assess a robust student leadership development program for all students.
