    Learning Enhancement and Innovation (LEI) facilitate, collaborate, design and create engaging and flexible student-centric blended and online learning experiences. In partnership, LEI empower academics to teach and students to learn by providing expertise into design and development of innovative pedagogically-driven practices and learning technologies.

    The Associate Director has responsibility for leadership and management of key University initiatives for undergraduate, postgraduate and lifelong learners. This includes innovative, engaging, and effective technology-enabled learning solutions and programs co-created through internal and external partnerships. The role provides strategic and operational advice, and educational project services aligned with the University's Strategic Plan and assures ongoing optimization of learning experiences and strategic educational development.

    To be successful you will need:

  • Substantial experience leading and managing a high performing and effective team in a Higher Education context.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into realisable and measurable initiative outcomes.
  • Highly developed analytical skills to creatively and effectively problem solve and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change in the Higher Education sector, to achieve strategic organisational goals and innovative strategies.
  • Experience evaluating innovative education strategies, including policy development and review, in the Higher Education sector.
