With a keen focus on performance and the pursuit of excellence in all that we
do, Charles Sturt University is seeking an inspirational leader to join the
Faculty of Science and Health as the Associate Dean (Strategic Partnerships
and Enterprise). The new Associate Dean will work with faculty and staff to
advance the collective vision in the Faculty and assist the Executive Dean in
managing projects to further strategic priorities.
Working with the Executive Dean and with other senior staff, the Associate
Dean will lead and promote the University's links with industry, other
education providers including the VET sector, government, the professions and
community and advance the strategic performance of the faculty enterprises.
To be successful you will be an established leader, ideally in an academic
post, with strong links with partner organisations and industry and the
communication skills and ability to represent the university in the wider
community. You will demonstrate the ability to develop and negotiate effective
relationships with external organisations to build cooperative working
relationships and partnerships that deliver tangible benefit.

School of Rural Medicine.
We are home to the Three Rivers University Department of Rural Health, the
Biosecurity Training Centre and the University Enterprises in Veterinary
Practice, Dentistry and Oral Health, the Community Engagement and Wellness
Centre, the Charles Sturt Winery, as well as having a close relationship with
