I) Terms and conditions for entering the competition:
The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions set out in the
Law on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws 2022,
item 574 as amended) and meet the following eligibility criteria:
at leastmaster degree in law (title of master in law)
scientific achievements and experience in didactic work in the field of legal sciences in particular Criminal Law, Criminology and Forensic Science
have a command of English, including legal English (a foreign candidate is required to be fluent in Polish, including legal Polish)
II) Documents to be provided:
Application for employment addressed to the Rector of the University of Białystok
Personal questionnaire and curriculum vitae including the list of scientific and didactic achievements
List of publications
A copy of a document confirming the acquisition of a master degree in law or PhD degree in the field of social sciencesin the discipline of legal science/legal sciences in the discipline of legal science
statement on meeting the requirements set out in art. 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - The law on higher education and science and the information clause on the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR

III) Competition procedure:
The documents should be sent in electronic version to
e-mail:klimiuk@uwb.edu.pl by 29 August 2022.
The person selected in the competition will be asked to deliver the
originals of the above mentioned documents and the personal questionnaire to
the address 15-213 Białystok, 1 Mickiewicza Street.
IV) Settlement of the competition:
The selection commission may decide to conduct an interview with the
candidates.
The results of the competition will be decided no later than 28 September
2022.

3 The purpose of processing your personal data is to conduct a competition
for the indicated position.
4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article
6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of
the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard
to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and
repealing Directive 95/46/EC, Article 22 of the Labor Code of 26 June 1974.
(Journal of Laws of 1998 number 21, item 94 as amended) and the Law on
Higher Education and Science.
5. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months from the
settlement of the competition.
6. Your personal data will not be made available to other entities, except
for entities authorized under the law.
7. You have the right to access the content of your data and, subject to
the provisions of law, the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, as
well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the
President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
9. Providing personal data is obligatory on the basis of legal regulations,
and voluntary in the remaining scope.
10. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated way and will
not be subject to profiling.
