I) Terms and conditions for entering the competition:
The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions set out in the Law on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws 2022, item 574 as amended) and meet the following eligibility criteria:

The documents should be sent in electronic version to e-mail:klimiuk@uwb.edu.pl by 29 August 2022.
The person selected in the competition will be asked to deliver the originals of the above mentioned documents and the personal questionnaire to the address 15-213 Białystok, 1 Mickiewicza Street.
IV) Settlement of the competition:
The selection commission may decide to conduct an interview with the candidates.
The results of the competition will be decided no later than 28 September 2022.

3 The purpose of processing your personal data is to conduct a competition for the indicated position.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, Article 22 of the Labor Code of 26 June 1974. 5. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months from the settlement of the competition.
6. Your personal data will not be made available to other entities, except for entities authorized under the law.
7. You have the right to access the content of your data and, subject to the provisions of law, the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
9. Providing personal data is obligatory on the basis of legal regulations, and voluntary in the remaining scope.
10. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated way and will not be subject to profiling.
