    • The aim of the competition is to select a candidate for the position of assistant (in the field of Marketing) at the Institute of Management at the University of Szczecin.

    Eligibility criteria

    Candidates entering the competition should submit the following documents:

  • A statement of compliance with requirements specified in Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (Dz. U. (Journal of Laws) 2021 item 478 as amended);
  • An application letter;
  • Candidate's CV and questionnaire;
  • Document confirming master degree in management or economy and in the case of documents prepared in a language other than Polish, also a certified translation of the document into Polish and a certificate of equivalence of the diploma with the Polish academic degree;
  • Information about academic achievements (including a list of publications) and didactic and organizational accomplishments, or a declaration about lack thereof;
  • A statement that the University of Szczecin will be the candidate's main place of work;
  • A candidate's consent for the processing of personal data by the University of Szczecin in the recruitment process on a form available at the university's website.
    • Selection process

    The competition is the first stage of the recruitment process for the post of an academic teacher and its positive outcome is the basis for further procedure.

    Incomplete applications as well as applications failing to meet the requirements or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

    • Management sciences: Master Degree or equivalent

  • REQUIRED LANGUAGES

    • POLISH: Good

    ENGLISH: Good

    Skills/Qualifications

    Requirements:

  • A master's degree in the discipline of management science with the focus on marketing or communication,
  • Communicative knowledge of Polish and English languages, which enables conducting courses with students in English certified by CEA or master diploma in English

  • Knowledge in the following areas:

  • Marketing,

  • Communication
  • Marketing administration institutions,

  • Customer Service.

  • Willingness to scientific development and scientific activity,

  • At least one scientific publication in above mentioned areas,
  • Scientific-organizational activity at the university,
  • Willingness to organizational activity for the Department of Marketing and the Institute of Management.
    • Specific Requirements

    The applicants must meet the requirements specified in Art. 113 of the July 20, 2018 Act - Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 574 as amended) as well as the requirements specified in the competition.
