Applications are invited for appointment as Assistant Registrar (several posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 527148), to commence as soon as possible, on a two- to three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 10 years' team leadership experience in the higher education sector or a public/quasi- public organization. They should be competent communicators with an excellent command of English and Chinese; be self-motivated with strong strategic awareness and able to work proficiently with significant independence; and possess a high level of decision-making, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to plan and implement projects of high strategic value is also required.

The appointees will join the Faculty Office's Teaching and Learning (T&L) team overseeing the relevant functions of our undergraduate programmes and student support services, such as student engagement and affairs, admissions & outreach, academic advising, student wellness, hall management, curriculum affairs, quality assurance and enhancement, assessment and examinations, education technology and multimedia learning development, education partnership, accreditation visits, liaison with departments, T&L facilities and special projects. Work outside office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointments will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary. Housing benefits will also be provided as applicable.
